I ordered this hair straight, yet I prefer curly hair. I do this because I prefer to roll/curl it myself. That being said, it is imperative that I have hair that can hold a curl. This hair is great for that. I have done several roller sets on the hair using different rollers, and the hold is phenomenal. Of course, I used a setting product. It remained soft and full of body without being weighed down. This hair does not tangle, but it does shed. I also got a 14" bundle which did not shed as badly. Please note that any product used on your natural hair will eventually affect the sewn in hair. All it takes is a good wash, and it reverts back to its soft, original condition. I did not shampoo this hair often, only cowashed.
