Nice wig / Poor service

I ordered (and paid for) 2 of these wigs, but only 1 was shipped. Apparently the 2nd wig is on back order but I was not informed of that when placing my order. I do not like surprises. If you didn't have the wig in stock, you should not have taken my money! Please consider getting a modern inventory system to avoid these issues in the future.
