Care Free Collection Synthetic Wig Raven

First, I have been a GMBS customer for the past four years and have purchased several wigs, ponytails and other products during this time. This is only the second time that I was not fully satisfied with a purchase because the quality of the pieces are always good and the service is fast and excellent. This wig is nice enough but I am a little disappointed in the way the hair falls in chunks instead of the individual strands as shown in the picture. I have only worn it once and only ran my fingers through it to but it is already tangling. I will try to work with it a little more but I will not purchase this piece again.
