I didn't buy from THIS website but I have only used Bally mirco hair in the past. I would recommend this brand to anyone, if it's within their budget. I had the 16" & it worked great for me. There was no shedding and once I braided the hair & dipped it in hot water (be careful!) I slept with it sill braided up overnight and it was so beautiful when I styled it the next day. I would recommend doing the hair in small to medium braids, it seems to wave up better that way. Also, apply some curl gel activator and oil. Highly recommended
Pros:
Soft, silky, long lasting, come in long lengths so your ponytails doesn't sticks out, etc.
Cons:
None, to my knowledge. Only hate taking it down :)
